Vendor Table Registration
Vendor Table and (4) Exhibition Badges ($150)
Exhibition Badges needed for in-and-out privileges. Valid for all 3 days.
Vendor Table Area – 10’x 10’ Area with (1) 2’x 6’ or 2’x 8’ Table.
Vendor badges can be picked up on any performance day at the outside table. Please bring a valid ID (dirvers license, etc.) and let us know which company you are with.

The purchase of any of the above option, the vendor agrees to all statements below.
1. Vendor is responsible to provide all flier advertisements and posters/banners to be placed on walls or in the entry bags no later than November 1 st, 2007.
2. The Vendor agrees to comply with all municipal, state, and federal requirements, if any, in connection with all sales and participation.
3. The Vendor has read and agrees to the Exhibition Contract Terms and Conditions.
4. Vendor agrees to contact (Attco.inc, phone: 836-1191, fax: 834-1046) for any usage of telephone access and electricity in the exhibit hall, and will pay for any charges, if any. 2007 Martial Arts Festival and First Class Events Corp. will not be held liable for any fees for electricity and/or telephone access in the exhibit hall.
